Overview:
The College of Business (COB) supports the mission and vision of the university by offering fully accredited undergraduate and graduate professional programs. The COB consists of four schools - School of School of Business and Management; School of Legal Studies; School of Technology and Innovation; and the New England School of Communications (NESCom). We offer degrees in Accounting, Audio Engineering, Business Administration, Business and Professional Studies, Computer Information Systems, Conservation Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Extended Reality (XR), Forensic Science, Graphic and Visual Design, Legal Studies-Pre Law, Marketing Communications, Software Development, Sport Management, and Video and Film Production as well as a variety of concentrations, tracks and certificates. Students interested in careers in these areas can choose from many options at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

IACBE is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and accredits business programs world-wide.

CFP Board
The B.S. Financial Planning degree is a registered CFP Board program. The CFP Board is a Washington, D.C.-based independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to benefit the public by granting, upholding and promoting the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) certification. Those who earn the certification are distinguishing themselves among their peers by meeting the CFP Board’s education, examination, experience and ethics requirements. Students completing the B.S. Financial Planning degree at Husson University will have met the Education requirement to sit for the CFP® Certification Examination administered by the CFP Board. Students may also have transfer credits analyzed and take courses to meet the requirements to be certified by Husson University to sit for the CFP® Certification Examination administered by the CFP Board.
