The Certificate in Hospitality Management prepares students to understand the basic standards of Hospitality and Tourism. These courses focus on the customer service skills that are vital to ensure that every guest feels welcome, particularly in the food and beverage and lodging industries, and that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded on a daily basis.
These certificate courses can be applied to a degree at Husson University or augment prior learning to provide for a change in career.
